Hampden Charter School of Science West is seeking a licensed school bus management and
transportation company to provide reliable bus services for students in grades 6 through 12
(approximately 330 students). The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible
bidder offering the lowest price, for the school year 2023-2024.
Hampden Charter School of Science West will be received sealed individual bids at the School
Business Office, 20 Johnson Road, Chicopee, MA 01022, up to 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 10,
2023, and all proposals will be opened at 10:00 am August 10, 2023 publicly at the same
address.
