HCSS West hosted Springfield District Court Judge Kevin Maltby to speak to 8th-grade Civics students about the court system and the criminal trial process.
Students held a Q and A with the judge on several items such as 4th amendment rights, Jury Duty, Due Process, Evidence, and Criminal Sentencing.
